    I read this book as an ARC and let me tell you, it’s fantastic. If you’re a new author or an author who has yet to dive into paid advertising then you need to read this book. Mandi and Bethany go through thing step-by-step in terms that you can understand. I really appreciate this Marketing for Authors series by them and they only seem to get better!!

There is so much I want to say but as this book is only 130 pages I also don't want to give anything away. What I will say is that this book is straight and to the point, simple to read, simple to follow, helpful, and easily devoured. I like that these books are short but loaded with easily digestible information that's helpful to those wanting to become an author and make money doing it.

    In the third installment of the Marketing for Authors series, things get a lot more…technical. As opposed to the previous two books that talked more about selling your book without any cost, now we get into the nitty gritty of paying for ads and methods and we get into a lot of terms that many newbies are not familiar with. Honestly, it does look like a lot, but Mandi Lynn and Bethany Atazadeh break it down well enough. There’s loads of info and lots of work but it’s broken down in a concise way In the third installment of the Marketing for Authors series, things get a lot more…technical. Honestly, it does look like a lot, but Mandi Lynn and Bethany Atazadeh break it down well enough. They talk about ads on Amazon, Facebook, newsletter promotions and other sites that I didn’t think about before! Plus they speak like we’re at a panel, casually conversing with you to teach you the lessons they learned in their own experimentations, adding to their authority. Perfect especially for first timers!

The book explains the various online paid advertising options and shares tips on how to make them effective. It gives some a few examples of what did or didn't work for the authors in their experience which I find insightful. They brush upon several different types of paid advertising methods and then they tell you their preferred method. If you're looking for an in depth step-by-step how to book on paid advertising or a specific type of method, this book is probably not for you. You won't find deep, detailed information on a particular method but this book is good for a general sense of what methods are available if you're new to marketing and advertising. This book is for those novice authors who have little to no experience with paid online advertising and are interested in increasing their understanding and knowledge. Overall, a good useful break down of the various methods of online paid advertising for novice authors who are looking to market their books. 3.7 out of 5 rating for me!     I read this book in under 6 hours. It was a very quick read, chock full of information. Mandi and Bethany really know their stuff. That being said, it was a lot to take in and I will probably have to reread sections in order to implement their advice. The info is more specific and harder to remember than that of book 1 and 2, though I feel this book brings more bang for your buck. I can't wait to see the topic of book 4 and find out the release date.
