    I actually love this cookbook! It may look a little old-fashioned to some, but it's a beautiful hardcover book. It has a full-page color photo for each recipe and as far as looks go, it's a perfect coffee table book, it's laid-out beautifully. As far as the recipes go, there are a few that I don't need a book to know how to cook, like herb & garlic roasted potatoes and bean salad, but most I've never tried about and absolutely loved like Tofu Crème Brule (A HEALTHY AND DELICIOUS CREME BRULE!), M I actually love this cookbook! It may look a little old-fashioned to some, but it's a beautiful hardcover book. It has a full-page color photo for each recipe and as far as looks go, it's a perfect coffee table book, it's laid-out beautifully. As far as the recipes go, there are a few that I don't need a book to know how to cook, like herb & garlic roasted potatoes and bean salad, but most I've never tried about and absolutely loved like Tofu Crème Brule (A HEALTHY AND DELICIOUS CREME BRULE!), Moroccan Pumpkin Soup, Nasi Goreng, Persian Beef, Bahmi Special and Tea & Ginger Soup. It's a great cookbook and I definitely recommend it!

    Yet another, and in my opinion, most refined, cookbook winner from Tosca! This is probably my most favorite of all her cookbooks. It's less of a 'how to' guide as far as Clean Eating goes (as seen in her previous titles) and more a straight up cookbook. The recipes are delicious and my husband and I have cooked through quite a few of them. Not a weak one in the bunch! Tosca has perfected the ability to make healthy and delicious recipes very accessible!     Love Tosca but some of the recipes weren't totally to my liking - only because I've not been ready to try new things... I'm sure these would be wonderful and delish to someone else. I think she knows what she's talking about - I met her a few years back and was able to chat with her for a few minutes at the Arnold in Columbus - she is absolutely motivating.

    I got this as a campanion to, "The Eat-Clean Diet Recharged: Lasting Fat Loss That's Better Than Ever." It has beautiful pictures. I haven't tried any recipes yet but I am looking forward to it! Great for anyone who wants to live a healthy lifestyle! :)

    This is a great cookbook for healthy recipes! I would like to read more by Tosca Reno. My hubby and I got some of our new favorite dishes from this cookbook. Some of the recipes have a few too many ingredients for practicality. However, every recipe I tried was delicious!

    Okay. Good recipes but a lot of it uses strange stuff (like creating your own flours and stuff) but using ingredients that I think would be hard to find, I never heard of and are probably expensive

    It is hard to actually use this giant book in the kitchen! Wish it was a bit smaller. I have limited counter space. It wasn't as great as the 1st cook book. It's great to have some variety

    Eating clean is definitely better for you, but it does require attention to detail and more work. The less processed food is the better but then you really have to plan.
